Session Length

​

• Arrive 15 minutes before the booking time

• Conduct 15-minute instructional / safety brief

• Experience time is approximately 45, 60 or 75 minutes. (engine start to stop) Flight time for the 45 minute experience is 30 minutes airborne, the 60 minute experience has 45 minutes airborne and the 75 minute experience is 60 minutes airborne. Airborne is when the aircraft wheels leave the ground to when the aircraft lands.

• We are open 7 days per week from 8am to 5pm (last booking is 4pm)

Guidelines

There is a minimum age of 13 years for all participants and a maximum weight of 130kg

 

 

Cancellation

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not able to be re-scheduled, if the participant does not arrive at the allocated booking time the booking voucher will be cancelled

 

Numbers on the Day

This experience is for 1 person, and only the experience receiver will be permitted airside. Family and friends can wait in our reception area, though since seating is limited, please discuss any concerns when making the booking.

Weather

This experience requires appropriate weather conditions. The flight cannot go ahead if it is very windy or there is low cloud, so please call 24 hours before the booking time to confirm suitability. If weather is too poor for the flight to go ahead, the flight experience can be re-scheduled. If on the day the weather unexpectedly changes, the booking can re-scheduled.

 

Dress Code

Closed shoes are required, and sunglasses are recommended.
